A Barbie Life Story | I Live in Barbie World | RD #13

Dear Diary,

Hi again! I decided today that I would write about my Barbie Life community. First, I live on an island off of Michigan called Barbie World. I’m in a city or community, as we like to call it, called Leafridge. It’s a perfect place for us. Notice, how I said, “us”? Yes, we have lots of neighbors! There’s the Manatee’s, the Kramer Family, the Volkswaggons, and the Roberts.

I know you’ve heard of the Roberts Family! It’s Barbie, Skipper, Stacie, and Chelsea (they have a mom and dad in Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures on Netflix. If you haven’t yet, check it out). But it’s just the girls in Barbie World. Skipper is the one that hangs out with my family all the time and even went on vacation with us to Costa Rica.

The manatee family

The rest of the families, you don’t know. First, there is the Manatee Family: Crystal (the mom), Chris, Kara, Mayle, and Auggie. They’re a very crafty family. Crystal is an artist, she painted some very famous paintings. Mayle is quiet, into space, and loves to overhear other people’s conversations. Kara loves the beach and her favorite spot is the tiki hut. Chris loves playing softball and she has a signed baseball by Babe Ruth! Auggie is 2 and loves playing with blocks!

The next family are the Volkswaggon’s. Because they own a horse ranch 3 miles out of town, they don’t live in downtown Leafridge. They give horseback riding lessons to everyone in Barbie World but I haven’t been, yet. I want to so bad! I love horses, do you? In their family, is Aurora (mom), Starr, Sky, Kiki, Lee, and Ondina. Starr and Sky are inventors and they have their own club, called the Inventor’s Club.  Aurora works and Leafridge Library and solves mysteries. Kiki enjoys playing princess ponies and Ondina is the heart of the family and is a sporty girl who likes extreme sports. Lee loves her dog, mostly, and playing soccer.

Finally, we have the Kramer Family in Barbie World. They live even further than the Volkswaggons away from the city, 10 miles away! The Kramers live on a huge farm because they provide all the produce (fruit and vegetables) for us. It’s 5 times the size of the Volkswagons. We would starve to death without the Kramer Family! There’s Stella (mom), Mia, Sophie, Grace, Llamalia and Mary Anne. Stella is a super organizer. Llamalia owns “Llamalia’s Pet Care”. That means, she takes care of everyone’s pets and borders them when anyone is out of town. Mary Anne has crazy hair all the time! But she’s not too crazy herself. She’s really nice and is into dinosaurs. Sophie doesn’t talk much and likes gymnastics and sewing. Grace is the toddler and has a special horse with wings, called Onchao. Mia loves to have picnics!

I love my cute town! We are all friends and know each other very well. I’ll write more about it, later! BYE!
